Origin & Breeding History: 'BB05-274MI-139' originated from a cross conducted in 2005, in South Haven, Michigan, USA, between the variety 'Brigitta', as the female parent, and the variety 'Nelson', as the male parent. From the resulting progeny, 'BB05-274MI-139' was selected in 2009 for its maturity date, plant growth habit, leaf morphology, and berry quality and morphology.
Tests & Trials: The comparative trial for 'BB05-274MI-139' was conducted in 2017, in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. There were 120 plants per variety which were spaced 1 m apart.
