One seedling was selected in the spring of 2002 in Mancarapacho, Portugal from the seed shipped there, based on early beginning of flowering, compact to rounded growth habit, and flower colour.
Tests & Trials: The detailed description is based on the UPOV report of Technical Examination, CPVO reference number 20050937, application number IM 965, grant number 17012, purchased from the CPVO, Angers, France. The trials were conducted by the Bundessortenamt in Hannover, Germany, in 2005.
