'INNEMMULBE' was selected in March 2017 based on plant growth habit, flower sterility and flower fragrance. Asexual reproduction of 'INNEMMULBE' was first conducted by vegetative cuttings in May 2017 in Gensingen, Germany.

Tests & Trials: The comparative trial for 'INNEMMULBE' was conducted in a polyhouse during the spring of 2023 in St. Thomas, Ontario. The trial included 20 plants each of the candidate and reference variety. All plants were grown from rooted cuttings and transplanted into 15 cm pots on April 15, 2023. Observations and measurements were taken from 10 plants, or 10 parts of plants, on June 5, 2023. Mean differences were significant at the 5% confidence probability level based on a paired Student's t-test. All colour determinations were made using the 2015 Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Colour Chart.
