Summary: The stem of 'Everley' is short to medium length while that of 'Sardinero' is medium length. In cross-section, the leaf of 'Everley' is moderately concave while the leaf of 'Sardinero' is moderately convex. At maturity, the fruit skin of 'Everley' is a lighter medium yellow than that of 'Sardinero'. The stalk cavity of the fruit of 'Everley' is medium depth whereas that of 'Sardinero' is shallow to medium depth.

Origin & Breeding History: 'Everley' (breeder's reference DRPB2635) originated from a controlled hand pollinated cross, between two proprietary Seminis breeding lines, 'SBY-XD16-0124GMS' and 'SBYXD13-0066', conducted in 2016 at a Seminis breeding station located in Bergschenhoek, Netherlands. From the resulting progeny, the hybrid yellow bell pepper variety 'Everley' was selected in 2018 for its leaf cover, yield, and disease resistance.
Tests & Trials: The detailed description of 'Everley' is based on the UPOV report of Technical Examination, application number PPS2109, purchased from the Naktuinbouw in Roelofarendsveen, Netherlands. The trial was conducted by the Naktuinbouw in Roelofarendsveen, Netherlands in 2021.
