Summary: The leaf blade of 'KLEPH19120' is medium length and medium to broad while that of 'KLEPH14250' is long and medium width. The calyx lobe of 'KLEPH19120' is medium length and narrow while that of 'KLEPH14250' is long and very narrow. The flower of 'KLEPH19120' is medium width while that of 'KLEPH14250' is medium to broad. The corolla lobe of 'KLEPH19120' has a truncate apex while that of 'KLEPH14250' has a cuspidate apex. The pollen on the anther of 'KLEPH19120' is blueish violet while that of 'KLEPH14250' is light blue.

COROLLA (INNER SIDE): when newly opened mainly dark violet blue (RHS N89A), when fully opened mainly dark violet (RHS 83A) with a medium sized area of secondary colour of white (RHS NN155D) along margin, when aged mainly medium blue violet (darker than RHS N87A), absent or few flowers with different sized area of secondary colour
COROLLA LOBE: truncate apex

Origin & Breeding History: 'KLEPH19120' originated from a controlled cross conducted by the breeder, Antonella Capo, in Stuttgart, Germany in July 2004. The cross was made between the female parent 'PH-2014-0310' and the male parent 'PH-2014-0316'. From the resulting progeny, a unique seedling was selected in April 2015 based on its plant quality, flower colour and pattern stability. The seedlings were evaluated in greenhouse trials from 2015 to 2019.

Tests & Trials: The detailed description of 'KLEPH19120' is based on the UPOV report of Technical Examination application number 2020/1054, purchased from the Community Plant Variety Office in Angers, France. The trials were conducted by the Bundessortenamt in Hannover, Germany in 2021. All colour determinations were made using the 2015 Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Colour Chart.
