Summary: The plants of 'Dpormojafu' have an upright-bushy to bushy-rounded growth habit while the plants of 'Cupcake Grape Jelly' have a spreading/trailing growth habit. The plants of 'Dpormojafu' are taller and wider than the plants of 'Cupcake Grape Jelly'. The leaf blade of 'Dpormojafu' is shorter than the leaf blade of 'Cupcake Grape Jelly'. The leaf blade of 'Dpormojafu' has medium to strong undulation of the margin while the leaf blade of 'Cupcake Grape Jelly' has weak undulation of the margin. The sepal of 'Dpormojafu' is smaller than that of 'Cupcake Grape Jelly'. The sepal of 'Dpormojafu' is elliptic in shape while the sepal of 'Cupcake Grape Jelly' is ovate in shape. The corolla of 'Dpormojafu' is smaller in diameter than that of 'Cupcake Grape Jelly'. The petal of 'Dpormojafu' is smaller than the petal of 'Cupcake Grape Jelly'.

SEPAL: elliptic, acute apex, absent or very weak recurvature of tip, entire margin, absent or very sparse pubescence on outer and inner side, weak glaucosity on inner side

Origin & Breeding History: 'Dpormojafu' was bred and developed by the breeder Gavriel Danziger in Moshav Mishmar Hashiva Israel, as part of a controlled breeding program. 'Dpormojafu' originated from an open pollinated cross that occurred in June, 2013 in Nir-Zvi, Israel between the female parent designated 'PT-11-856' and pollen from an unknown male parent. A single seedling was selected from the resultant progeny on September 7, 2014 based on growth rate, time of flowering, flower colour and flower abundance. Asexual reproduction of 'Dpormojafu' was first conducted by vegetative cuttings in September 2014, in Nir-Zvi, Israel.

Tests & Trials: The comparative trial for 'Dpormojafu' was conducted in a polyhouse at BioFlora Inc. in St. Thomas, Ontario during the summer of 2020. The trial included a total of 20 plants each of the candidate and reference variety. All plants were grown from rooted cuttings and transplanted into 15 cm pots. Observations and measurements were taken from 10 plants, or 10 parts of plants, of each variety. All colour determinations were made using the 2007 Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Colour Chart.
