The new variety Dahli' was selected in August of 2011 based on the plant profile, timing of fruiting, fruit size, fruit firmness, fruit taste, fruit glossiness, and fruit colour. Multiple generations of asexual reproduction have been conducted since the selection was made.
Tests & Trials: The detailed description of Dahli' is based on the UPOV report of Technical Examination, registration number 52654, purchased from the Community Plant Variety Office, Angers, France. The trial was conducted by the Bundessortenamt in Hanover, Germany, in 2017-2018.
