Variety used for comparison: 'Seviocard'

Summary: The upper side of the leaf blade of ‘Fulvento' has weak glossiness while that of ‘Seviocard' has a medium degree of glossiness. The fruit of ‘Fulvento' matures very late in the season while the fruit of ‘Seviocard' matures late in the season.

Origin & Breeding History: 'Fulvento' (breeder's reference DRTJ4029) originated from a hand pollinated cross made between two proprietary breeding lines, 'FIS-XM21-4561' and 'FIS-XM21-4562', in 2018 at a Seminis breeding station located in Bergschenhoek, Netherlands. The resulting hybrid variety 'Fulvento' was selected in 2022 for its fruit shape, fruit colour and disease resistance.

Tests & Trials: The detailed description of 'Fulvento' is based on the UPOV report of Technical Examination application number TMT4090 purchased from the Naktuinbouw in Roelofarendsveen, Netherlands. The trial was conducted by the Naktuinbouw in Roelofarendsveen, Netherlands in 2023.
